FEP integra o top 100 do QS Business Masters Rankings 2022
|
Quatro mestrados da FEP foram novamente reconhecidos pelo ranking mundial QS Business Masters Rankings. A integrar o top 100 a nível global encontra-se o Mestrado em Marketing (79º) e o Mestrado em Modelação, Análise de Dados e Sistemas de Apoio à Decisão (94º), estando ambos classificados como os melhores mestrados nestas áreas em Portugal. O Mestrado em Gestão surge em 84º lugar e o Mestrado em Finanças ocupa a posição 111-120º a nível global. |

FEP on the top 100 of QS Business Masters Rankings 2022
|
Four Master's degrees from FEP were again recognized by the world QS Business Masters Rankings. In the global top 100 are the Master in Marketing (79th) and the Master in Data Analytics (94th), both classified as the best masters in these areas in Portugal. The Master in Management comes in 84th place and the Master in Finance ranks 111th-120th overall. |

É já a partir da próxima semana que a FEP começa a receber os novos estudantes de mestrado e doutoramento, através de sessões de boas-vindas com os diretores de curso. Pretende-se desta forma explicar o funcionamento de cada curso, assim como dar a conhecer os serviços e as oportunidades que a FEP tem para oferecer. Estas são apenas algumas das iniciativas do programa de acolhimento, no qual se destaca o FEP Welcome FEST’21, previsto para o dia 28 de setembro, no Jardim do Edifício das Pós-Graduações. |

FEP prepares the opening of the academic year 2021/2022
|
Next week, FEP will begin to receive the new master and PhD students, through welcome sessions with the programme directors. The aim is to explain how each programme works, as well as to talk about the services and opportunities that FEP has to offer. These are just some of the initiatives of the welcome programme, in which stands out the FEP Welcome FEST'21, scheduled for September 28, in the garden of the Postgraduate Building. |

Avaliação Macroeconómica do Portugal 2020 em debate na FEP
|
No próximo dia 15 de setembro vai ser apresentado na FEP o estudo Avaliação do Impacto Macroeconómico de Portugal 2020, encomendado pela Agência para o Desenvolvimento e Coesão (AD&C). O estudo foi desenvolvido por uma equipa da FEP composta pelos docentes Ana Paula Ribeiro, Isabel Mota, Maria Manuel Pinho e Vitor Carvalho, sob a coordenação do Professor Pedro Gil. A AD&C tem como objetivo coordenar a política de desenvolvimento regional e assegurar a coordenação geral dos fundos da União Europeia em Portugal, em articulação com o Ministério do Planeamento. |

Macroeconomic Evaluation of Portugal 2020 under debate at FEP
|
On September 15 will be presented at FEP the study Evaluation of the Macroeconomic Impact of Portugal 2020, commissioned by the Agency for Development and Cohesion (AD&C). The study was developed by a team from FEP composed by professors Ana Paula Ribeiro, Isabel Mota, Maria Manuel Pinho and Vitor Carvalho, under the coordination of Professor Pedro Gil. AD&C aims to coordinate the regional development policy and ensure the general coordination of European Union funds in Portugal, in conjunction with the Ministry of Planning. |

The School aims to develop, transmit and value knowledge in economics and management, within its mission and assignments. FEP develops, in connection with the economic and social environment, a wide range of activities that aim to strengthen the multidisciplinary nature of teaching, as well as to create opportunities for joining curricular and extracurricular activities, which provide direct contact with the job market and ensure training in personal and soft skills. Furthermore, it establishes collaborations with other schools, companies and organizations related to the areas of its activity, among others contents. This newsletter is engaged in the mission and strategic goals, by intervention areas, which stem from the School’s attributions, being part of the University of Porto. |
